We have used MTA services for many projects from a roof replacement to a bathroom remodel to a leak from our ceiling. Austin is always very professional and keeps us informed every step of the way. The contractors they use are top notch and experts in their trades. I would give more stars if I could.

There’s nothing that I love more than finding honest family owned businesses that actually care about what their customers are experiencing. After the recent wind storm, we experienced the nastiest fight from our insurance saying they were not liable to cover the loss of our porch and that it had nothing to do with the storm when it clearly did. Travis was not only patient and informative, he also provided information that ultimately HELPED ME get my home insurance to do THEIR JOB!! He went above and beyond! Could not be more thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. I will be calling MTA Services for any work now that they have shown they are a company and family with integrity. Ask to speak with Travis Talley, he will not disappoint!!!

UPDATE: This company is threatening to sue the contractor they use based on my review. A review I voluntarily wrote after I found out how they stole money from his work performed. No one told me to write anything. I spoke to several attorneys this week who all told me my review is valid. I don’t need to be a customer to leave a review. In their own words, “anyone can leave a review whether they use the service or not.” So if you come across this company and you decide to leave a review just be careful because they might threaten to sue you for using your 1st amendment right. Also per my attorney my review is not considered defamation as it’s based on true facts. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible company, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They steal from small businesses by agreeing to pay for a service and then retracting their words. They stole $700.00 from a family member even after he gave them a discount because they didn’t like the original price. If the are so comfortable stealing from others what make anyone think they are trust worthy. Two of the people who run the company refuse to return calls regarding payment in full.

My experience with Pinehurst Roofing was exceptional. They took the time to ensure that I was pleased with the color of the shingles. Their crew prepared the property prior to install so that plants were protected. Someone was available during the install for any questions. And they cleaned up very well! I would highly recommend. This company is top notch!

I was very impressed with the aerial pictures they took with their drones to show where our roof needed repair as well as their comprehensive presentation of their services. Their prices could not be beat. They showed up on time and completed the roof all in one day along with clean up. Pictures of the new roof and requested documentation were instantly provided for me to file with my insurance company. Pinehurst Roofing Incorporated is a company that I highly recommend for your roofing needs.

Robert is a great plumber and provides superb service. He has done numerous repair jobs at my home with the most recent being a faucet replacement. He is conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable and always leaves everything clean & neat. I highly recommend him.
